brotherjohn Had a good solid run today, it went much better that some of my resent races, felt strong for most of the race. A very tough and long off road race, not really my forte, so pleased with 11th place and first M50, time 1:42:48.

Ginger N Easy start and glad I did the hills and the mud was relentless over a tough 15miles, but felt really good for most of the race. Great training run, and a brilliant race.
