About this parkrun

3 laps, part flat gravel path/field and part forest paths through a wooded area. Cafe and toilet facilities, paid parking. Really friendly group, lots of support.

In a country park next to Southampton water. Parking expensive compared to other Parkruns but good facilities. Three different courses depending on weather and any other events. Main course along trail path and into woods. 3 laps.

First time there. 2 laps undulating, and a mixture of grass and gravel terrain.

Bit of a strange course where you do multiple loops - a very pretty place to run but never really felt like I could get into a proper stride due to the turns. Cafe was decent.
