kudu Set out to run a steady 20 at 6 minute miling and did it. Pretty pleased, felt strange not to be properly racing though. Was pleased to feel controlled throughout and that I had more available. However, I suddenly got hit by a stitch at 19m and had to stop (!) - Don't think that's ever happened before. I did eat breakfast a bit late, but would have thought that if this was the issue it would have happened before 1hour 50 of running......
