Cats Whiskers Ran this conservatively as I wasn't sure how the knee would hold up. Pleased with the outcome as this was a minute faster than last year (a course PB) and I felt much more in control. Knee was fine, even when the legs got a bit out of control on the way down! Cambridge & Coleridge AC 34:10 59.44
