2 laps on grass and it has a steep climb up a big hill on each lap which is fun running down. Lovely views of Surrey Hills. Parking is off site less than 5mins and you walk along a small road to get to the parkrun. Take care!

Scenic 2 lapper, all on grass. Road shoes in summer but would get v muddy in winter. There’s a cheeky hill you do twice so not the quickest. Not too buggy friendly - narrow section with a post near the start. You could find alternative routing though

Two twisty laps with a massive mound you go up and down twice. All grass. Course will be changing in 2023 due to park redevelopment but dumpling will remain.

Great 2 lap run around Knowle Park. When wet this is quasi-XC with a nice hill.
Nice little coffee van for afters.

Get there early for the car park.

New course from Summer 23 - 2 laps approx 1/3 on gravelly hard paths, the rest on grassy stuff that gets muddy in winter.
Short sharp hill on each lap (on the grassy stuff)
Pretty course round a lake and up a hill for some views in a new country park
