I'd need more than wine after doing that! I'd need some seriously heavy duty medication, counselling and help finding the missing ones!

Hahaha - no missing kiddies (not for want of trying ;-))
They loved it, bless them. I drew the short straw and had the renowned 'naughty' boy in my group but he was lovely...even tho he refused to hold my hand and just spat coarse remarks at me! AArrrrrr kids.....you've just got to love em :-)

So then, dinner this evening?

Actually I thought I'd try to bring this back on topic.
Having asked for suggestions a few weeks ago I am now using a protein supplement from Holland and Barratt and I am not losing weight anymore. But I'm still losing body fat apparently. I think someone said a few pages back that a marathon runner should have between 8 and 10% body fat but according to my scales I now have 6.7% which is a drop from 7.2% last week. So before I disappear altogether, has anyone got any new ideas?
p.s. Finders, I liked the idea of red onion veggie chilli - I had it last night. Cheers. Only trouble was it had little protein and no fat content polyunsaturated or otherwise.

My recovery period ends today and so I weighted myself

still 71.1kgs, I was surprised as my diet and training have not been great lately.

Biker

keep with the protein powder and the BF drop will slow down, as a marathon runner you are safe down to about 5%

protein powder helps you lost body fat? I might try this! I'll be well over 80 miles this week and nothing's happening to my weight despite feeling too knackered to eat loads in the evening.

Biker don't worry about it, if you're getting enough fuel on board you're not going to disappear. The scales are pretty approximate as well. Well, I hope so as mine say I'm 23% pure lard :-(
