Who is going to COP26

Will be setting off to cycle to COP26 from Anckerwycke on 8th October with a 13 year old and a 75 year old. We will end at the Tree of Hope in Glasgow (the tree planted for the Suffragettes). If anyone lives near the Anckerwycke tree, we would love to see you at 10am. If anyone is near the tree of hope, we will be speaking out all the pledges people have given us along the way. Extreme have invited us to be on their boat on the River Clyde at the end.

Would be great if anyone will cycle with us: cycle.travel As part of supporting SusTrans, we will be using as much as the National Cycle Network as possible. And grateful for any accommodation that is offered along the route.

Have set up a new website for this as we are also raising funds for 3 different charities: pedalfabf.wordpress.com
Have got the kids sorting out tik-tok: tiktok.com

If anyone else is going to COP26, please do post here how you're going, when you intend to be there and how any of us can follow you

Ironically, I was offered work there…by a London based company, taking all the kit and crew up from London….why, when Scotland has companies that could do the same job??? Seems hypocritical….much like the Tory party conference having sound, video and lighting staff who, for the last 18 months, haven’t been viable 🤬
