But although I don't have to get up early, I can't really have a lie in either. I never seem to have time to do anything. Today is even worse as I don't have the car so I am on my motorbike which means I have to leave or at least start getting ready so early I can't have lunch at a sensible time. (In the car I can leave the house at 12:40 and still get to work comfortably on time. On my bike I need to be getting ready about 12 o'clock.) So, I've already had my lunch which means I will be so hungry it hurts later this afternoon. When I do get to work, there will either be a) nothing to do anyway or b) a pile of jobs that anybody else could have done this morning left for me. My boss will be mardy and snappy (he always is cos he is a twat) my co-worker will spend all afternoon talking AT me about her dreary little life and either way I wont get anything done. Then, I get home with less than an hour to spare between getting in and having to leave again to run down to Club. During which time I need to put my bike and assorted paraphernalia away, walk the dog, have a snack and a cuppa and get changed to run. I will finally get home about half past 8 this evening, but still need to shower up and have some proper food. I like to be busy and have a full day, but I am also like a stubborn mule and the more you try and make me rush, the more I dig my heels in. Wednesdays can just fuck right off.
