One to tell me that TfL has granted the borough £30m to spend on cycle routes. The other to tell me that the borough needs to find £50m in cuts to local services over the next five years. It's obviously way too simplistic to say thanks for the dough, Boris, we'll spend it on schools rather than bike lanes.
