Sorry "Just wanting to play" doesn't cover it. (NB I'm normally fine with dogs off leads. Actually I would have been fine with this one being off the lead provided the owner had accepted the consequences of their lack of control)

The other day, I'm tootling through our park and in front of me are 3 blokes, 1 x park warden, two Labrador's (the Labradors were nice). I veer off to the left to avoid the 3 x blokes, 1 x park warden who are strung across the path. The Labrador's are left to their own devices and as I'm struggling to get past the railings of the pond and the 3 x blokes, 1 x park warden and 2 Labradors I brush against one of the dogs. One of the 3 x blokes who are strung out along the path says hah, nearly got him As if a bloke out for a run is the enemy of civilisation, a threat to their morning walk - strung our across the path. I involuntary let out a DICKHEAD shout. spoilt an otherwise nice run.
