And, if you accept the situation, it is safer and more relaxed. Having said that, I do occasionally drive a very slow camper van and I am mindful that I get a build up of traffic behind me; I do pull over to allow them past (I sometimes go twice around a roundabout to give them a chance to get ahead).

Or, now that much of the M25 has been widened to four lanes, driving in lane 3 when lanes one and two are empty! Gear grindage of the highest order. Moving out to anticipate traffic joining from a slip road is a valid reason. Anything else is just fuckwittery.
