Then their card gets declined.

It was out of control and "just wants to say hello" - but that meant it kept running in front of my leading foot, so I was kicking a puppy down the path. Feeling bad about this I stopped for a moment but really these dangerous cute little puppies should be stopped, someone could trip over one and do themselves an injury!
