Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

People tying laminated event flyers to fences and gates and failing to remove them once the event has happened.

An emphatic +1!

+2!

I would extend the laminated flyers to "caution cyclists" or "caution runners in road" signs, left out weeks after an event has happened. If you need to put them out, then you need to take them down

I always mention that I have put up the sign with the council's permission and that it will be taken down after the event. Which is usually within an hour or two of it finishing.

[Surrey Phil Exactly! We always go round the route of our race to clear any missed bits of tape or signs. Can't help but pick up other bits of litter, so the route is always left cleaner than before we arrived!]

So you park slightly on the pavement and choose the one bit where a bush is also overhanging so the net result is the pavement can't be used at that point

Spotify not playing an album properly for me. After each track it keeps changing to another random track so I have to keep going back in and manually selecting the right track!

Check you've not inadvertently pressed the shuffle button.
