when you click "unsubcribe" and then you still keep receiving emails weeks later ... and whilst we're at it, I'll name & shame them because as a company their customer service is non-existent ... ToughMudder ... they took THREE months to reply to a query after I broke my arm ... that left me with just THREE weeks to find someone to buy my place off me and use the code given to me. Luckily I found someone, but maaaaan, talk about STRESS?!

The fact that EVERYTHING has become seriously complicated because of... Drumroll... Covid? I mean, what has ordering a vacuum on line got to do with Covid??? I had to live chat, talk to someone, then talk to someone else all asking innane questions! As in why are you buying a vacuum today? Well, because I thought I waste a morning's pruning job earning 3x as much as I save by ordering from your company as opposed to getting in the car and going to a shop!!! I now wished I had done the latter but I thought I would save time. A process that should have taken 10 minutes took 1.5 hours Why? Well, Covid, of course! Why is everyone using that as a weak excuse??? An on line retailer, with the item in stock??? Was it the covid virus stopping the on line card processing service to "hang"??? Has it jumped from beast to man to computers now? No, exactly!!! 😠🤬😠

[ER - same supplier, same issue with repeated requests from them to get a smart meter. I’m sure for some people they work perfectly, but everyone I know who has one - their’s doesn’t work, and they still have to provide readings]
