Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

These posts on Facebook from MLM sellers .

The FM world ones are the worst.

They say things like looking for people form a size 12 -28 looking to drop a dress size in 2-4 weeks with this new gastric band in a bottle. Private message me for details!!

1) Does a size 12 need to drop a dress size in 2-4 weeks?

2) Dows anyone need to drop a dress size in 2-4 weeks?

3) your product is so over priced that you get people to private message you to disclose the price
4) A company who make oven cleaners and knock offs perfumes have now magically made a weight loss product that is as effective as a gastric band!! Whilst on this subject, I have a bean that if you plant it, grows into a tree that literally grows money!! Private message me for more information!! 🤯
5) The only this that is going to make you loose weight like a gastric band IS a Gastric Band!!!

6) Over a million people in the UK suffer with eating disorders! These posts are not ok!!

7) The product they are trying to sell is called Nutricode Slim Body System and it is £69 for a months supply!!! This is not a healthy way to loose weight. It is made purely of two ingredients - Glucomannan &. Chromium. It works by using a dietary fibre that makes you supposedly feel fuller for longer.

8) If you really want to try Glucomannan, you can buy a months supply of tablets on Amazon for £11.99

I find these posts vile let alone potentially dangerous and triggering for some people and Facebook is literally covered in them at the moment!!!

Anyway rant over 😂

[I don't see many MLM posts on FB, but the two perpetrators of miracle weight loss product MLMs I've encountered were both from an ultramarathon running group and I took their friend requests in good faith. One had other possible scams going, such as running X miles a day for X days "for charity" but asking for donations by bank transfer to their personal account, and the other was someone I'd met in person several times.]

Being called James in emails. My name is Jamie. My email address shows I'm called Jamie. My signature shows I'm called Jamie. So show me some common (not so common) courtesy and get it bloody right.

Yes, I shall Jamie :)

That grinds my gears too: I am called Hanneke, not Hannah!

You should try being called Gordon Glen and live in a world where emails are usually "Surname, Forename". Apparently every single person in my workplace thinks I actually have a comma in my name.

It's called Bruce Wayne syndrome.

Not quite as bad as you guys but the number of times people spell by name with a double L annoys me (Phillip instead of Philip or just Phil). As said previously, look at the e-mail or my correspondence - don't just guess and get it wrong!

All of the intentionally ambiguous posts on social media (ok, Faecesbook) intended to be divisive ...

Who gives a flying f*ck what you call your bread product of choice that you stick your bacon in. Who really cares whether you call it an alley, a ginnel, an entry, or whatever it was your parents told you it was called where you were growing up (of course that's going to be different for different people in different locations).

And all the ones that state "only really intelligent people can find the odd one out", or "only MENSA members will now (sic) the answer to this" ... No, dickhead, but then at least most MENSA members will know the difference between KNOW and NOW 😜😂🤷‍♂️🙈

And breathe ... and keep on scrollin' scrollin' scrollin' 😂
