Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The Great Raemondo
(apparently there's a whole joint programming protocol for this kind of Major Event, in radio terms it essentially means all stations become R4, not sure if there's a direct TV comparison)

I thought that the BBC only did things like that when Wimbledon is on.

Past MP’s keep popping up to say how things should be done now. You’ve had your time so be quiet. If you were that good and popular you’d still be in power now but you’re not.

1. Garmin watch that save data, but doesn't share it with the phone when it syncs.

2. Random internet connectivity options between work laptop/VPN and home router.

3. Finding someone has apparently picked over the muesli and taken all the "good bits" so I'm left with a bowl of what looks like sawdust.

My husband using my good kitchen scissors for a non-culinary purpose. He’d better not blunt them.

[*Very* old joke....

Husband: "My razor feels really blunt. I can't work it out."
Wife: "It was okay when I cut the lino with it earlier, Dear."]
