This happens very regularly! I would love to not have to buy gluten free products and I do check carefully but it just feels pretty unhelpful and if the packaging is similar someone could make a mistake. The worst was a leaking bag of ordinary flour left in the free from section which spilled flour all over the products.

Correct brand, correct basic item, correct label on the shelf ... just not the gluten free item which should have been there and the sole difference in the packaging, that I could see, was any reference to being gluten free (And that wheat was in the item was mentioned on the ingredients list ). They moved it VERY quickly! The gluten free version, when it became available, was quite nice ]

Also, another staff member who thought it was okay to check out early just because I offered to do overtime (his logic being that he stayed behind yesterday, even though no one made him do that).
