Following an online feedback to the store, they redeemed themselves today. I received a text to say my order was available for collection, followed by a call by the supervisor apologising for what had happened. The order was on a trolley waiting to be loaded when I arrived and they insisted on loading for me. The supervisor seemed genuinely embarrassed and sorry. I've since been back on their website to acknowledge this service].
