News reports which basically spoil a programme which hasn't been broadcast yet.
Just read a "news" article about David Beckham being on Desert Island Discs. The article contains quotes from the programme, tells you some of his choices.. and then at the bottom "Desert Island Discs is on BBC Radio 4 on Sunday at 11:15 GMT".
I'm no fan of Beckham, nor Desert Island Discs, but even if I was there would be no point in me tuning in to listen now, as the highlights have already been given to me. What's the point?

Yep - A BBC News item about La La Land gives away the ending. I don't know if I can be bothered to go see it now.

You should still see La La Land if you were planning to. The ending was a great part of the story but it's the songs and setpieces that are the real highpoints.
With that being said: FUCK the mentality that the media (and people in general) seem to have regarding spoilers. "Oh, it's been out long enough so I guess you'll have seen it already": no, fuck off - not every cinema gets the same films at the same time, and not every person has the time to see it right away, because they don't get to write about films for a living!
If I ever drop a major spoiler in one of my reviews then feel free to tell me.

"7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days".
Since when did it become fashionable for runners to brag about having stomped out a bigger carbon footprint in a week than most people manage in a lifetime?

People on running forums* who ask the most basic of questions which would lead one to be concerned as to how they function on a daily basis.
*No, not this one. This one is good.

Doesn't grind my gears (perhaps it should?) but some of the adverts on here are quite amusing.
Just looked up to see that a site is offering, "Mature women who always say yes"
