That Friday's full moon is sometimes known as a 'Sturgeon Moon'. After the fish, not the woman. The Algonquin tribe named it for the many sturgeon fish which used to be found in rivers at this time of year. (The fish is now endangered. )

Apparently there's a bit of a printing paper shortage developing as paper-manufacturers are finding it more profitable to produce cardboard boxes for Amazon deliveries than to make paper. (DD1 works in publishing and has been telling us about some of the issues facing the industry.)
