Managed to get a run to a beach last night, very nice.

Che - Bath Half is fine, tho a bit challenging.

A tad windy for my run this morning :-(

daz I don't call fine when they had to delay the start this year by something like an hour!

Shame that wind didn't blow you over a cliff;)

I work in what's really a big boys toy shop n things a bit too quiet here for the bosses liking too!!

I see you have been busy at the track again - i was at the veledrome yesterday too but had left by 6.30
