I have just run the 'practice 5k' recording it on my Garmin and the app. It worked in so far as it confirmed I'd run 3.1 miles, but the data puzzles me. This is the screenshot at the end (it stops automatically at 5k, I actually ran a little further to be sure ofvgetting the distance in.) What's the 'active' time? Is there a minimum pace below which it thinks you're not moving? The elapsed time is about right when compared with the Garmin. |
