But im used to it Beermat - whether or not you would show your body in lycra in public is more to do with self confidence and believe me...i couldn't give a damn anymore! It doesn't mean she was chubbier than me...it just means she had more pride

Han, ironically the twice I've had aenemia are probably the periods in my life I ate the most meat as well Irons, iron it's just that when it's ready to go the body will find it easier to use in to replace used blood cells but the body craps so much of the stuff out each day it should be rare that a body that is functioning correctly should run low. FF, you aren't even close to her size I take B vitamins a lot of the time when I'm feeling low of energy. They seem to help but with the unfortunate side effect that when I'm dehydrated my urine goes some very strange colours due to the fact I'm still peeing out a big chunk of the money I spent on the vitamins and they aren't getting so diluted. |
