Yep - I used their (very efficient) video chat thing to talk to a bloke who makes Jamie Tartt's Manchester accent seem a mere soft burr. He confirmed that it was definitely, without doubt, one or the other.

You’ve ordered two bikes, no other explanation.

Their algorithm has ensured a sufficient delay between the two that the OH will have forgotten about bike 1 when bike 2 arrives.
