mainly for the cycling element.
I always seem to find myself doing well, but coast a lot of time when out on my own. If anyone is in the Harlow area and wishes to meet up for some rides, I'd be glad to hear / join you

Sorry no - but wondered if there is a tri club near there that you could join, and then you'd know there would be a regular session you could join each week?

there is a Sunday training ride every week @ 0900 from Epping forest
