Training analysis tool gone (or am I too blind/stupid/tired/etc. to find it?)

3hr marathon = 6:52/mile (I can't even manage that over 5k) - but the average training pace for those folks is 7:38 - less than a quarter of their training is at marathon pace or quicker.
