So after my killer weekend at work and then nights I'm preparing to pull my running kit on and head out the door instead of a trundle on the dreadmill It'll still be a trundle but outside and probably a bit further |

I am going to run a 5k race this evening. There may or may not be a bit of warm up/cool down running as well. Upload should be about 8:30-9pm, depending on how long it takes me to crawl home.
