The camera was right in his face but Stander didn't have the energy to tell him to FO! Not much more on YouTube, just a few random clips of some guy running parts of the course

Last year I would run a 10K at about 7 or 8 PM then bang in another at about 7 or 8 AM did that a couple of times combined with longer weekend runs & hey presto. Thing is its mainly adrenaline that gets you through.
