fab colours @HazelnutCH  Lyrics - yes, not sure if that's something to be proud of or shows my age what - I was going to stretch my resistance bands, but have overdone the gardening (which did involve some lifting and carrying) and really don't feel like it now. |

Evening! @Derby Tup , I imagine the down hill is worse than the up, given the surface! @HazelnutCH , I will stay quiet on the building, although the roofer has made the roof watertight this morning ahead of next week's sleet and snow! The builders should be able to press on inside next week. Will be glad when I am back in there; perhaps two to three weeks once the new staircase is in. |

I’ll take down hill. As a lapsed fell runner the cobbles aren’t an issue. The hill kicks on towards the top. I once did six reps of the hill at a good pace

Evening What: supporting at escape from meriden Why: friend ended up doing it solo as I (the back up runner) was injured and my other friend (original partner) was also injured! Last hard: that! Set off to support at 4 am. Ended up doing 26 km run walking... I did stop running at any sign of foot pain but I'm hoping I've not overdone it. Also did parkrun at meadow fields in towcester. Was a gorgeous course, way exceeded expectations. We were planning rugby, but friend was running really well so adjusted to Daventry, but he was there by 6:30, so went to 3rd choice whilst he ran between the 2 towns. Really recommend if ever over that way. Ale that is progress No idea on the lyrics! Those cobbles look interesting derby! |
