Oscar's Everyone Day

In 2021 Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".

Sadly we lost Oscar in March 2024, so now we dedicate Everyone Day to him. Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.

Well done folks.

Garioch 10k for me today. I’ve done it once before and don’t remember it being hilly. It was! And it was roasting this morning 🥵

Got round. Depressingly almost 12 mins slower than the last time I ran it. Think two bouts of Covid and being at least a stone heavier hasn’t helped! Hey ho. Still get a nice medal & t-shirt no matter the pace.

Just passing through after another busy weekend. Well done to all those who ran in the heat or the rain.

Enjoyed a gentle jog ;-) round the delights of Colchester garrison and training areas yesterday morning. Nice couple of hours tabbing.
