Lovely participants/volunteers but course is 3 laps of gravel path round a small industrial estate. Rather ironic given it's location in close proximity to stunning western Ireland coastal scenery.

Re looking at the poster I think that the "inaugural event 2nd October 2004" is actually more of a statement of an historical fact. There is no way PSH put that phrase on the poster when 2nd October 2004 was still in the future. parkrun HQ are misrepresenting the poster as being publicity for the first event, it's just a poster promoting it from a couple of years later saying how long they have been going for.
