Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Excellent! It's saved me from turning ankles a few times too...beats a sprained ankle by catching it just before it wrenches.

I don't know if anybody's mentioned this before, but I've just joined movementformodernlife.com and I'm really enjoying the classes there. I really like how the instructors actually instruct - in other words they take the time to tell you how to do each posture properly.

I've been a member of MFML for years, I was an early adopter and I think the range of styles, teachers and classes is worth every penny :-)

They do have great teachers. I'm looking forward to exploring the site more fully over the coming months.

Another MFML fan here! I think I must have picked up on KinkyS's recommendation too. Perhaps you can negotiate a commission? :-)

I've been a member for about 18 months and suspect I've only just scratched the surface of what's available. I sometimes feel like a kid in a sweet shop when I'm trying to choose which session to do.

(checks upstairs no sign of Ozzy ... lays down mat .... 2mins later)

Anyone else have a cat that appears from no where? He's been downstairs all morning ignoring me but as soon as I lay out my mat he's there (eating my toes and purring in my ear whilst chewing my hair)

he's also been clawing at my mat
I have a (several) cheap mates and have noticed I am slipping in poses eg my hands move forward in downward facing dog
all of my mats are the traditional type with little squares rather than smooth

so was pondering a new mat for christmas
