I hope I’m half the woman my mam is when I’m another 25yrs older. She took up running at 69 to complete the great north run as she’d regretted not trying when she was younger. Can’t stop her now.

I've been stuck outside Telford bus station and shopping centre for a few days as a back problem has stopped me running. Hoping to get out for a walk later and move on to somewhere a bit more scenic.
