If you're free the evening of the 28th (I'm dodging orange pain, don't tell Gobs) I can bung you a link to extra curricular needles pins sesh I'll be hosting on Teams - it's mostly people from my office or ex of my office, but they're all lovely. From about 6:30 UK time, iirc (I'd have to check my work calendar).

Right: new thing for September: a Miele cat & dog vacuum. It is awesome so no more hours of slogging, on hands and knees on the stairs and carpets upstairs. I reckon it will be even quicker next time! As it is MUCH cleaner and the allergy filter means... No allergic reaction to hoovering :)

That 8 post wonder has been on Fetch a long while, I think he just missunderstood Pix’s comment and possibly the losing weight rapidly by ‘extreme’ measures might have been a little close to home and he got defensive.

I am going to start ticking off the Hebridean islands tomorrow. Strictly speaking I’ve started because I’ve been to Skye but it doesn’t count because you can get to it by bridge. Colonsay is a proper small ferry, little island.

Remembered to book a ticket with TrainPal for work today. Cheaper as they apply split fares and paperfree. A tiny change with a tiny bit pleasing reward
