Thanks. I really need this kind of challenge to make me run more. I mostly do 2-3 miles, but obviously if I set my mind to it I can do more. My mileage is paltry compared to the other RtSers! |

Out of interest does the running in a day have to be one run of the necessary length or can it be multiple in the day adding to a total? Thanks

Oh, I was surprised, when I got my badge, so few people manage it! I won't do it again in June, too much pressure, but July maybe it was a great motivator to get out!
