I’ve had two months to recover, and am doing a step challenge at work in July, so it’s another month of run the sum for me in July 😄

Good luck. I was thinking about it but I do think it’s what contributed to my injury and so quite nervous to try again. I think I’m feeling the benefit of 2 non run days |

I'm going to try and get some cycling and swimming done next month, plus at least one half marathon, so RtS doesn't really fit in for me. Maybe in August.

I did pretty much the minimum required mileage every day, which probably helped, and also meant I “won” in April. My plan is to keep streaking until I stop 😂 |

It doesn't seem to be working correctly today. I've run 4 miles on the 4th, but only got a light green bar, not a dark green one.
