You can think of it as a like button, but I thought I'd extend the use of it, so that you'll be able to click to see: (a) your pinned posts from any thread [so you can make notes on anything that's relevant to you, like training advice] (b) the most-pinned posts, so you can maybe see what's considered most relevant on a thread, or in the case of the Joke of the Day, you can actually find the most popular jokes. I thought that'd be cool
