The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

I think it looks quite good in jazzy view.

PH - if you go to the top right hand corner you will see either "list" or "Jazzy" view link above the time if in list view

I quite like the favourites/highlights bit, but the main jazzy view is just a huge block. IMO it needs dividing down into days.

An option to hide those blogs you;ve already read would be great, although I suspect this would involve a tracking component that doesn't (yet ;-)) exist.

I'm on list view. It looks too textbooks for my liking. Also having 'featured' blogs at the side rather than the top is odd. ' Featured' means just that. - and one's eyes always go to the top first ( top left if anything in the western world)

List view is just a legacy thing for those who are trying to remain unobtrusive at work. It's never been a 'design' as such.

I'm usually neutral or pleased by site changes, but this is the first one I actively dislike.

I like to be able to click on my own blog without going to the 'your blog' tab, and now it's not highlighted (high lit?) in any way.
