But that doesn't seem to meet the desire I think I have. I suppose I really want the computer to do the work. After all, it does all the arithmetic on my training for me.

Nelly Mar 2013 2:30pm, 5 Mar 2013 775 posts	Quote Pin Nelly Chris, if you change the route from the imported data to an existing route then the length of run is changed to match the chosen route... so for example, if you import a route from your Garmin and it is 5.54miles but thenyou choose Route X, which is 5.55miles, then the training distance becomes 5.55miles for this latest training event. As southcoastclaret says the difference in distance, if any, will be due to GPS error (assuming you actually ran the same route!).
