Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hendo
I've had the Lumie one with a radio for a number of years now - brilliant, especially in the winter - no waking with a shocked start in pitch blackness, just a gradual rise in light and general serenity*

I'm really quite surprised how 'mainstream' these seem to be among Fetchies. I have ordered one accordingly.

Can't imagine Hendo waking up to anything other than someone holding a pillow tightly over his face.

Mrs DeeGee has one, so by extension, so have I.

It doesn't yet have the necessary setting to prevent turning my back on the thing and farting when the alarm goes off. This has the added effect of expediting my wife's egress from the bed.

OK this is the one I have. It's a Lumie too.
amazon.co.uk

It appears to be discontinued in favour of prettier versions but I like it a lot.

I have this one: lumie.com
Had it about 3 years. Love it. Only bummer is it's on Binks' side if the bed because I don't have a bedside table, so it's a wee bit far away, but it is fab.

Winle - I liked the look of that one but it seemed a lot of extra money for very few extra features?
