Full spectrum means the bulb throws it the same light as daylight, as opposed to a normal bulb. That's what the SAD lights are giving you. But at an inconvenience and cost premium. That's five rooms in the house sorted as opposed to one. There is a slight downside, they are insanely brought if you look directly at them. Only a problem if you lady beneath the lampshade. Something a rubber might do when stretching in the evening
