High praise from you, H!

Wiggle do these:

Sitting in my basket waiting for me to press the 'checkout' button.

Sue's got a cow-orker with a lightbox which she reckons really does make a difference.

It looks like my teasmade. They are quite expensive, aren't they? But if they make a signif dif to your wellbeing, I'd say do it.

For those that have not got the time to sit in front of a lamp, or just like to banish the dull winter times. Full spectrum means the bulb throws it the same light as daylight, as opposed to a normal bulb.

That's what the SAD lights are giving you. But at an inconvenience and cost premium.

Of course my bulbs don't wake me up :-) The kids do that :-p

Just looked at the price of one of those lamps. You can buy 5 good bulbs for half the price! That's five rooms in the house sorted as opposed to one.

There is a slight downside, they are insanely brought if you look directly at them. Only a problem if you lady beneath the lampshade. Something a rubber might do when stretching in the evening :-)

Sounds like a phrase I could use in the future i.e. "he was just ladying under the lampshade" ...
