Dunno. But I have swapped the main bulbs in the house for full spectrum ones. During winter it makes the place fell very different  They are not expensive if you shop around

i don't know anything about the dawn simulation lamps, but Lumie make the best sAD lamps i have a Lumie lightbox which i think does make a difference If nothing else it's a useful bright light for fiddly handiwork |
