That is low HOD , Maybe your not doing it right , when i was in hospital with pneumonia they wouldn't let me out till i could blow 500 ! .

Do you have any issues with breathing? do you ever wake up at night wheezy/short of breath, when you exercise do you have any trouble breathing?

I get the feeling your not doing it right HOD , on a good day i can blow 700 , I'm 56 and been on inhalers for years, although the running has helped my asthma no end .

There is no absolute "normal" value. It depends on age, sex and height - as a 50 year old 5'7" woman my normal will be lower than a 30 year old 6 foot bloke's. It's the trends and changes that matter. I really don't understand why you're measuring it and unless you're using a properly calibrated and standardised meter and have been shown how to use it properly then the results are meaningless. If you've not got any symptoms, leave it alone
