Sleeping tablets - make me drop off really easily, which is lovely - but whatever time I take them I'm wide awake at 3-4am and ready for the day.

Struggling to stay awake, but if I go up now I know I'll be up at 3 and not able to drop off again

This was an interesting listen today - it essentially advocated a CBT approach to treating insomnia podcasts.apple.com

Well, tonight or this morning is just going to be one of those. So we are catching up on reading and listening to podcasts.
We blame our navigator who has so little opportunity to front, that we are feeling their agitation.

CBT is well worth a try.
We taught elements of it with considerable success.
It has zero harm and possible benefits, so what is there to lose apart from some time?

Does and does not work on us. We couldn't figure out why until we figured out we were plural. It works on the individual personality that is deploying it, which is fine until they are no longer primary. But we are a pretty extreme edge case.
