Should be but it’s only 7:40pm in Seattle so my body clock isn’t ready to adjust yet. Landing at 7am and having a whole British day to get through is going to be tough…

Delighted to report it's been improving over the last few nights, a lavender spray really does work i think, nothing else has changed.

Any other thoughts on that?

placebo? I tried the spray and the balm and (at the time) couldn't report much difference

But then as James Smith says if a placebo works it works!

For me some things work for a while before I revert back. Lavender spray has worked, taking up running worked. Stopping drinking alcohol worked, but all only for a time

That said I am on a good run right now with unbroken sleep, albeit I do waken about 5am
