Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Still a nightly battle for me :( Last night I got up as had a stupid song in my head, just same few lines going over and over. Went back to bed and alarm woke me and I could have slept on fine but didn't want to miss bootcamp as it will be my last one for at least 4 weeks, following eye surgery on this Thursday.

Sleep is still a issue here.. it really does suck.

Hope you managed to get offbto sleep ultradunc

I have just bought some phenergan antihistamine which Dr prescribed a while back and I ran out. They worked well at helping me drop off.

Will be using tonight as I'm so tired.

I am reguarly using phenergan now which is an antihistamine that makes you drowsy prescribed by GP but can be bought over counter using a few times a week and I'm sleeping alot better now.

Hope things improve for others suffering.

Still waking at odd times but shift work does what it says on the tin, it shifts your rhythm all over the place . If I had a regular pattern of shifts maybe things wouldn’t be as bad but moving from 05:00 starts one day to 12:00 starts the next 3 days followed by another 05:00 start is lunacy 🙁

Been off work for 2 weeks but sleeping patterns haven’t improved a great deal although I’ve had more nights with sleep. Head in overdrive since 01:30 perhaps a result from track race yesterday.

Got something to say?
