Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

OB-Sorry I missed you. I'm ok though running's not! I was listening to a greatest hits sort of album of his. He says he's not touring this year. I'm gutted. Have only seen him twice and that was in the last two years at the Liverpool Phil.He just gets better and better but is still just as arrogant.:-)

Well done Townie. My longest ever run today. Was going to do a 20 but took a different route. Took 10 mins of my last 20 and then still had another couple of miles to get home!!!!! Who invented stairs and I now want a downstairs shower room.

Well done MT - I know what a great feeling it is to have (having not long since done my 1st 20 miler)
Hope your legs are OK - rest day tomorrow?

I had a cracking 6.3miler round some unexplored back roads - just as well I din't know what was coming up - seriously hilly/steep, but greta fun - and as for the view of the Carneddau :-)
