7.5 miles in perfect weather. Overcame lethargy for first 2 miles then enjoyed.

Done about 6-7, my silly Garmin watch did not want to play. Got to mates, she wearing her Nike, asked her how far we had done, she, silly cow, had pressed "pause" when we crossed the road and forgot to restart, doh! But was nice and bright but a bit chilly. Good time had by all!

Roadrunner - that's always my worse nightmare when I pause my garmin! Luckily never happened to me yet. Did 7.5 miles today and shaved a whole minute off my average pave compared to my 7.5 mile run on Monday. Getting back up to my old pace! The mersey was also looking amazingly still today for a change, looked so picturesque with the sunset and lots of sailboats out there.

Was really enjoying my long run up Rivington until my leg got in the way of 2 staffies attacking another dog

11.2 miles as the sun was setting on Crosby Marina. Soft tones of light blue gave way to the inky indigo of the coming night but a thoughtful moon made clear my route up the beach and into the dunes. I finally succumbed at the coastguard station, taking well lit roads past the mansions of Blundellsands and so homewards.

really enjoyed my run today, felt like I could have done a bit more, but happy with what I did.
