As above, I always run but it tends to be pretty early so not as to interfere with family life or to escape the sun. It's hard to keep to a schedule I find, but I follow it's general cadence in terms of effort. |

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. I ran in the Alps last year and decided that the altitude was no good for me as I couldn't breathe so I won't bother with that again. I'm off in a couple of weeks but have decided that I can miss a week, I'll hopefully make up for it with swimming and a bit of walking. |

My wife did a parkrun on holiday this year although I usually go out for a couple of six milers but enjoyed the rest this time around. |
