Running again feels like a complete fantasy - it is very inspiring knowing that some folk have managed to get back to enjoying running with hip replacements.

Honestly, you’ll be fine. Do aaallll the rehab and strength stuff and start with C25K or similar when you feel ready. 6 years this month since I had mine done and I never think about it. It’s slightly less flexible than the other one but that’s probably scar tissue. Not bothersome.

That's what it's like for me too! It seems to take me a while to recover from races but otherwise it's fab! :)
