jennywrenHello mags! Definitely listen to your hip and back off if needed. I’ve had to listen to my knee over this summer so Yorkshire marathon is now a 10 miler and I’m ok with that. Running about 20 miles a week at the moment and that feels fine - nothing complaining! I’ve been doing a lot of strength work and I’m sure that’s helped loads. Onwards
